Coming Soon: KDB & ST.PETER - Within The Solace
"Within The Solace" is Toronto, Canada's latest export. A collaborative LP between producer, St. Peter (Peter Heinrichs) and recording artist, Kdb (Truman Phillips). The album evokes and expands upon the grimey perspective of East Coast Hip-Hop, through a journey that's equal parts psychedelic, intellectual & street. The producer/emcee duo both born and raised in Toronto have established themselves in their local market, lending tour support to the likes of Wu-Tang, KRS-1, Pharoahe Monch & many others. Being stylistically comparable to NY artists, has led to several trips to NY and a rapidly growing list of recent collaborations in the studio including Hell Razah, Killah Priest, Shabazz The Disciple, Pharoahe Monch, Styles P & others. 2011 has been an exciting year so far for the pair. With the upcoming release of "Within The Solace", St. Peter and Kdb are primed to continue and expand their reach into the U.S and European market. King Phaze of First Priority Music is A&Ring the project which is currently being shopped for a deal. Stay tuned as more of this exciting project unfolds. WTS will be out this year.
